Gianluca is a seasoned system architect and manager specializing in the identity and access management field. He has over thirteen years experience in crafting technically challenging infrastructure software such as frameworks, middleware, application containers and model-driven software generators, to name just a few of his assignments.

During the past three years he has been providing identity and access management assessment for Fortune 500 identity projects, unremittingly focused on allowing organizations to make the most of Atricore's open source identity suite.

He also brings to the table over 7 years experience in delivering enabling technology for international organizations to meet the requirements of real world business-critical applications . He has implemented cross-cutting solutions through the establishment of software product lines in multiple domains for governmental organizations and private corporations such as Telecom Group, Telefónica Group, Comsat, Italian Banks Association, the InterAmerican Development Bank and the Chilean Government.

He founded JOSSO (Java Open Single Sign-On) and Atricore Identity Bus open source projects, handling the marketing and product strategy responsibilities .

Chief Technology Officer

With experience in multiple executive-level roles across several vertical industries, Sebastian brings a wealth of software development and technical advisory experience to the company.

For the last 7 years, he managed offshore operations and software product lines for a wide range of organizations. He is an experienced system architect, driving product vision to reality by coupling state of the art technology and practices with real customer validation. Sebastian also held senior architecture and engineering positions at Intersoft, Citibank, Telecom, Brahma,Inter-American Development Bank and World Bank.

He co-founded and drives the product development efforts of the JOSSO (Java Open Single Sign-On) and Atricore Identity Bus projects.

Business Development Manager

Eugene Baron brings over fifteen years of expertise in managing, marketing & deploying enterprise information security solutions. He is a technical business leader with a passion for building relationships and client confidence while maintaining fiscal responsibility for global corporations.

Prior to joining Atricore Inc., Eugene held IT and business development positions at Novell, Passlogix, Chase Manhattan Bank and Pfizer Pharmaceutical.
